NEWPORT Gwent Dragons eased to a 30-22 bonus point victory against Edinburgh at Rodney Parade this afternoon.
The Scottish side took an early lead but the Dragons fought back and had a bonus point in the bag before half-time thanks to strikes by prop Phil Price, fly-half Jason Tovey, flanker Lewis Evans and centre Ashley Smith.
Back row forward Andrew Coombs added a fifth early in the second half and the Dragons safely closed out the game despite tries by Edinburgh’s Tim Visser and Geoff Cross.
