PONTYPOOL crashed out of the Swalec Cup this afternoon after they were heavily beaten by an impressive Tonmawr side.
The hosts went through to the quarter-final after outscoring Pooler by four tries to one.
Tonmawr won the game in the first 20 minutes after racing into a 21-0 lead.
Pooler fought back but all they had to show for their efforts were a Rhys Buckley try and Gareth O’Driscoll penalty.
