Nathan Cleverly's world title fight against WBO light-heavyweight champion Juergen Braehmer has been called off because of an eye injury to the German.
Braehmer, 32, was due to face Cleverly, 24, at London's 02 Arena this Saturday.
The German could now be stripped of his title and within hours Cleverly - the interim champion - could be awarded the title by default.
It is still hoped that unbeaten Cefn Fforest’s Cleverly will fight on Saturday but his opponent is unknown.
