At six years old, Rhys Bevan already has many qualities. He lives in Derbyshire, but shares nationality between Wales and Canada. Before the match, we conducted a quick tour of the club and showed young Rhys some of the memorabilia and pictures showing former black and amber greats like Gareth Rees and Rod Snow.

Then Rhys met up with skipper Andy Brown for the pre-match photo session before they led out the side.

Rhys injected some enthusiasm and inspiration which no doubt helped to inspire a demolition of local rivals Pontypool.
