Nathan Williams Corbin was the selected player from Undy Rugby Academy to receive the coveted FoNR Award for the Ultimate Support Player of the Season. This award is not necessarily for the most acomplished or natural player at the Academy, but for the player who gives the most support to his team mates and puts in more effort than his peers as a good club man would. Nathan received his award from Newport heroes Sam Waldron and Gareth Bowen before the match against Camartehn Quins at Rodney Parade.
Whilst his academy mates formed the Guard of Honour, Nathan was invited to be the match day mascot, an opportunity he chose to share with hios best pal Ellis Bonner. Nathan and Ellis met up with skipper Alex Jones before kick off and then lead out the Black and Ambers for a winning performance against the Quins.
